Racking Storage Shelving Upright
As the main component of the Shelf Storage system, The beam is the important Profile for shelving in storage racking industry.
The beam of the beam shelf is composed of two parts, one is the main beam of the beam, and the other is the beam hanging piece, and the two are integrated by welding. The beam is divided into rectangular tube, P-shaped tube, J-shaped tube, double C-welded tube according to the cross-sectional shape (the beam adopts double C beam section, strong rigidity and good torsion resistance); according to the connection mode, there are two forms of open type and combined type. The wall thickness is 1.5~2.5mm; the welding method includes centering welding, flat top welding and complete flat top welding, flat bottom welding and full flat bottom welding. The length of the beam can be designed according to the storage condition of the enterprise, usually according to the bearing condition of the shelf. The beam size is selected by calculating the maximum load of the beam.
